Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We offer Print-on-Demand (POD), dropshipping, and digital products. Because many products are made or processed specifically for each order, cancellation rules vary by product type.

1. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

Orders can be cancelled within 1 of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered production or fulfillment.

Once production has started, the order generally cannot be cancelled, as the product is made specifically for you.

2. Dropshipping Products

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hours of placing the order and before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed for fulfillment or shipped by our supplier, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and may be available for immediate download.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once accessed or downloaded, cancellations are generally not accepted after the digital product has been delivered or downloaded.

If you experience a technical problem with a digital file, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order number

• The name of the product

• The reason for cancellation

We will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

5. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved before production, processing, shipment, or digital delivery, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

6. Important Notice

We cannot guarantee cancellation requests made after the applicable cancellation period or after production, fulfillment, shipment, or digital delivery has begun.
